Born and raised in Anchor Point AK, Allison and Lauren Trimble are passionate about supporting the Anchor Point community by bringing affordable and modern homes to the Kenai Peninsula. In addition to Anchor Down Homes, the sisters own Home Grown Construction building single family residences, and Fireweed Meadows Golf Course and Vacation Rentals, encouraging more tourism and recreational activities in Anchor Point.

Anchor Down Homes came from a desire to find a solution to the rising cost of materials, and the challenge of a limited labor force and the need for more housing for year-round residents.
